Annual Wine Tasting, Microbrew Sampling & Auction
The Odessa Healthcare Foundation's Annual Wine Tasting, Microbrew Sampling, and Auction is a community event to be enjoyed with friends, food, and wine. The evening begins with wine tasting from a variety of wineries, microbrew sampling from Odessa’s own Rocky Coulee Brewing Company, and appetizers prepared by Odessa FBLA.
During the event, the silent auction is open with over 100 items up for bid, ranging from handcrafted items to restaurant gift cards. After the tasting and sampling ends and the silent auction closes, the live auction begins featuring quilts and weekend getaways. Popular additions to the evening include the Dessert Auction featuring local bakers, the “Ace in the Hole” game, which allows the winner to select one of the live auction items, the “Corks for a Cause” game, and the “Live on the Side” auction.
Through the years, the wine tasting, microbrew sampling, and auction has grown and evolved thanks to the dedication and hard work of many, many volunteers, the generosity of the individual and business donors, and most importantly the support of our guests and bidders. There wouldn’t be a wine tasting without all these people.
